Photocopy – CAUL/CDBUA & OONL: no charge; ACMC, CARL, COPPUL, OCUL and all non-profit Atlantic libraries: $5.00 per article; other Canadian libraries: $8.00 per article; American and international libraries: $15.00 per article

Replacement – Cost of item + $20.00

Other – Urgent service: CAUL/CDBUA & OONL: no charge; all other Canadian libraries: $10.00 surcharge; American and international libraries: $20.00 surcharge + standard fee + courier costs

Comments Libraries without protocol software or access to AMICUS should use the Council of Atlantic University Libraries - Document Delivery Group (CAUL-DDG) web request form for requests.
