PRE-CONFERENCE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

Leadership starts with you. By looking at yourself critically you will see yourself as others see you: a package with features, good and bad. We will discuss the process of becoming a leader and leave you with some ideas for positioning yourself as one. There is a book you can read in advance, but it isn't necessary.
