Heather Brideau Bio
Heather graduated from CompuCollege in 2000 with a degree in Information Systems. Since then, she has held many roles in the IT industry, from technician to project coordinator to technical writer.
In 2015, Heather joined UNB ITS as a Client Support Analyst where she continues to provide technical support across campus as well as participate in various ITS projects. Currently, Heather also oversees the UNB Mobility Centre, offering guidance and support to faculty and staff for their UNB mobile devices and plans.
In her spare time Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid reader, loves to bake and enjoys the outdoors.
Cody Hull Bio
Cody Hull is a Client Support Analyst at UNB ITS. He graduated from UNB with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 2015. Cody first started working at UNB ITS in 2014 as a Co-op student with the ITS Communications Team. He quickly developed his abilities to work with technology and transitioned to a student position at the IT Service Desk (formerly the Help Desk) and after graduating was hired on full-time.
Cody is from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. He moved to Fredericton to attend UNB, and fell in love with the city. Cody enjoys building and upgrading computers, learning about new and emerging technologies, working out, hiking, and playing games of all types.
