For newly hired employees, Payroll requires a package containing:
- Payroll Request form
- Signed Letter of Offer
- New Hire Form
- void cheque or direct deposit form completed by a Canadian financial institution
- Nova Scotia & Federal TD1 Forms

Any changes to current employee payroll information (i.e. salary, title, hours worked per week etc.) must be submitted to Payroll using a Payroll Request Form. Address changes can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
