The Brian Mulroney Institute of Government is the most recent state-of-the-art complex on the StFX campus. This beautiful world-class educational and media facility opened in 2019. It features stunning gathering areas with floor to ceiling windows, flooding the spaces with natural sunlight. The four-storey, 93,000 square foot glass-walled building took two years to construct. The purposeful design of the 12 classroom spaces allows for meaningful presentations and interaction for conference group plenary sessions. The 300- seat auditorium provides a venue for hosting high-level speaking engagements. The Joyce Family Atrium located outside the auditorium is a perfect place for a nutrition break or a gathering featuring three storey high windows and a fireplace. In addition, Mulroney Hall features an art gallery and a replica of Mr. Mulroney’s Parliament Hill office from his nine-year tenure as Canada’s 18th Prime Minister, including his papers, speeches and letters from world leaders.
