A musical based on the acclaimed children’s book. A musical play for children.

Zookeeper Ed learns important lessons about animal (and human) rights in this delightful, poetic musical for kids. Sheree Fitch’s poems, brilliantly told through the eyes of animals, are based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. A play filled with giggles and heart!

A mischievous musical that imagines a star-crossed meeting between Patsy Cline and country music’s broken king, Hank Williams. Patsy wants her chance in the spotlight, and Hank wants one last shot at redemption, and they find it in covering vintage songs as powerful as their two personalities. For Festival Antigonish fans who enjoyed last summer’s runaway hit Being Hank & Patsy, this is Laura and Ralph’s legendary play behind that play.

His intrusion is the catalyst for Morgan and Lilly to examine their lives, their regrets, and their relationship.

Unbeknownst to Ravi, their plan is to find him a suitable bride through an arranged marriage. Ravi is not ready, at least not yet, but his mom Asha fears that time is running out! Family meetings, betrayals, binders full of girls, and clash after cultural clash are revealed as Ravi and Asha tell their sides of this true story, each hoping to get you on their side.

The film features 200 camels, 2,500 horses and over 10,000 extras. This hilarious adaption of the vengeful saga includes the same grandiose scenes and heroic characters, but only four determined actors ready to take on the might of the Roman empire. They navigate through palaces, galley ships, and the Coliseum, while an onstage romance threatens to topple everything. Ben Hur is a gigantic task for these brave actors, and they promise to do their very, very best.

Prepare one song that shows off your vocal range, and prepare a short (1 - 2 minute) monologue of your choice. (Possible monologues are available at the Bauer Theatre, outside Room 202, but you can also do one of your own choosing). Song to be performed acapella or with recorded accompaniment. A small blue tooth speaker will be provided, or bring your own equipment.

Miracle on 34th Street - One day only!

Join local students and community members as they present Miracle on 34th Street. In partnership with the Antigonish Choral Ensemble and the St. James Handbell Quartet, this radio play will be sure to put you in the holiday spirit.
