Resources for Students Provided by Interview Stream
Before accessing Interview Stream service for the first time, it is important you review the following information and provide your consent. Interview Stream is an online service contracted by the St. Francis Xavier University Student Career Services (SCS) to assist students in the development of their interview skills. Additionally, SCS incorporates Interview Stream into student advising and interview skills processes with the intent that all students will use Interview Stream as part of their learning and personal branding process.
In Interview Stream, your interview is only viewable by you, assigned career centre staff, and people that you optionally elect to share it with (mentor / advisor) for feedback. Interview Stream personnel are only permitted to access your account when a support case or inquiry from Student Career Services staff requires them to do so. No other parties have access to your information within the Interview Stream system.
The Interview Stream system uses encryption to keep your data secure. However, as the Interview Stream system is a virtual private cloud-based service, some of your information may be stored outside Canada. If you have any concerns about your privacy, you may (1) elect not to use this service; or (2) create a generic name and email address to log into the system.
StFX collects your personal information under the Nova Scotia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. If you have any questions, please speak to your Student Career Services Manager.
By signing into Interview Stream you agree to use the Interview Stream service under the conditions outlined above. Please click the screen shot above to gain access.
