1. To meet on a somewhat regular, though not necessarily frequent, basis to discuss issues relating to our various publics, especially "external" publics.
2. To be a forum through which each member can bring to the fore how his area of responsibility impacts to others.
3. To be concerned with policy rather than procedures.
4. To keep a brief record of the discussions and to record policies that have been developed by the committee.
