The X-Ring Committee was established April 15, 1983, under the authority of the Board of Governors. The committee is to meet at least once each year in September and is responsible for all matters requiring special consideration and for the establishment and enforcement of the licences to produce and distribute X‑Rings. The committee will review tenders and suppliers as deemed necessary. Complete terms of reference approved by Board of Governors.
