I am finishing my masters work which was a MSc in Agriculture through Dalhousie University (2018). My research focused on the bioactivity of whey protein and its potential to protect against insulin resistance in C2C12 skeletal muscle cells. I am a graduate of the Human Nutrition Program at StFX (2015) and hold a BSc with Honours.
